Initial Situation
Operating in a highly competitive real estate market, Ischer Développement aimed to broaden its reach and attract tenants for its latest project, Les Avouillons in Gland. While already recognized for its exceptional commercial developments, the company sought to proactively identify and engage qualified prospects to ensure the occupancy of its new buildings.
To achieve this, Ischer Développement worked with Maveriq to design a targeted and personalized prospecting campaign focused on engaging key decision-makers and generating interest.
Our solution
We began by identifying key decision-makers in target industries such as biotechnology, medical technology, robotics, engineering, and watchmaking subcontracting. Our focus was on CEOs and senior executives of startups, scale-ups, and SMEs in the region. Each contact was manually selected to ensure they were the most relevant decision-maker within their organization. Using advanced tools, we validated their email addresses to maximize deliverability.
Once the contact list was finalized, we crafted a personalized email sequence tailored to each prospect. These messages were written in the language preferred by each decision-maker and included customized elements such as references to their industry or specific needs, as well as personalized compliments for their company.
For the 23 individuals who expressed interest, we sent brochures on behalf of Ischer Développement and followed up to maintain the engagement. We then scheduled meetings or site visits with the most interested prospects.
Insights
Many of the companies targeted already had established offices or didn’t have an immediate need for new spaces. In these cases, we took the opportunity to gather information about their future plans and identify the best times for follow-up. Some prospects also mentioned plans to develop their own buildings in the coming years. We provided our client with a database of potential leads for future projects.
Our proactive and personalized approach was well-received by potential clients. Several responded positively, expressing interest in receiving similar opportunities once they were ready to consider relocation or expansion.
